Shocking the Big Dipper, the Ancient Races Awaken

In the space of a few short moments, the entire Big Dipper Starfield was thrown into an uproar!
Word spread that one of the forbidden zones ruling over the Big Dipper—the Undying Mountain—had vanished for no apparent reason!
Many people spoke with absolute certainty, claiming they had personally seen the place where the Undying Mountain had stood, only to find it utterly empty, with nothing remaining but a gigantic crater.
Countless people could scarcely believe it. The terrifying forbidden zone that had intimidated the starry sky for several Eras had simply vanished into thin air? How could that be possible?
For a time, every power on Burial Emperor Star sent people to investigate, eager to obtain definite news.
Aside from the great holy lands dispatching mighty experts to inspect the site, the major aristocratic clans and dynasties—the Ji Clan, the Jiang Clan, the Feng Clan, the Great Xia Dynasty, the Nine Li Dynasty, and others—also sent core figures of their own to determine the truth.
No one found the news more unbelievable than the Ji Clan.
Back then, the Void Great Emperor had laid a heaven-shaking scheme. In the end, only by staining his Imperial Body with blood had he managed to perish together with two Supremes of the Undying Mountain.
What circumstances could possibly have caused that terrifying forbidden zone to disappear without a trace?
Although they found it extremely difficult to believe, news eventually arrived: where the Undying Mountain had once stood, only a deep crater remained. The forbidden zone known as the Undying Mountain had vanished completely from the Big Dipper!
The cultivators of the Big Dipper were instantly thrown into an uproar.
One of the forbidden zones that had plagued the Big Dipper for endless ages had truly disappeared! Not even the slightest trace of its existence could be found anywhere in the world!
For a time, the countless living beings of the Big Dipper celebrated throughout the land, rejoicing at the disappearance of the Undying Mountain.
Later, many began speculating about the reason for its disappearance, but the rumors grew more and more far-fetched.
Some said that the Undying Mountain had slain too many living beings and suffered Heaven’s punishment, with the enormous crater serving as proof!
Others claimed that the Undying Mountain had fallen into an internal conflict with the other forbidden zones and had been destroyed by them.
Still others insisted that the Void Great Emperor had never died. After hiding for countless years, he had laid out a world-shaking plan and finally eradicated the Undying Mountain in one stroke!
As a result, for quite some time, the various powers came knocking at the Ji Clan’s gates, hoping to pay their respects to the Void Great Emperor. The members of the Ji Clan were left in a thoroughly miserable state!
Only a few high-ranking members of the Ji Clan vaguely sensed that this matter might have something to do with that person.
The Big Dipper Starfield!
According to legend, during the Primordial Era, all things had stood side by side, while humanity had been nothing more than fodder for the myriad races. Fortunately, the human race had endured humiliation and hardship, and at last a Great Emperor had emerged, leading humanity through a bloody path to survival and enabling it to stand beneath the heavens.
As humanity’s power gradually expanded, the primordial myriad races—who had once proclaimed themselves the masters of the starry sky—began, for reasons unknown, to slowly disappear from the earth within just a few hundred years. They sealed themselves away in the ancestral lands of their respective races.
No one knew what had happened, but after the disappearance of the myriad races, humanity rapidly became the protagonist of Heaven and Earth. Thirty Great Emperors had emerged throughout the ages, each an unparalleled genius who suppressed an entire era!
Yet the sealed lands of the primordial races were regarded by many humans as places of supreme ill omen. Unless absolutely necessary, no one would ever enter them.

As a royal clan, the Myriad Dragon’s Nest had not been entered by anyone for several Eras.
On this day, at the entrance to the Myriad Dragon’s Nest, several battered figures suddenly fled from within!
Their speed was astonishing. In the blink of an eye, they had escaped dozens of miles away. Only then did they collapse onto the ground, panting heavily.
“I told you, you damned mutt! I said that thing couldn’t be touched, but you insisted on meddling with it. Look what happened—you nearly lost your life in there!”
A resolute-looking young man glared furiously at a huge black dog and scolded it angrily.
“I’m telling you, Blackie, you need to have a conscience!” the great black dog retorted indignantly. “If your Grandpa Black hadn’t blocked that chaotic energy for you, your miserable life would already be over! And you still wouldn’t have gotten that Immortal Treasure!”
These people who had just escaped from the Myriad Dragon’s Nest were none other than Ye Fan and his companions, who had come there in search of treasures.
Earlier, they had cautiously avoided the sealed primordial races and entered the underground palace of the Myriad Dragon’s Nest. They had gained quite a few treasures, along with a rich harvest of various Source stones.
But while searching the area, they had unexpectedly encountered the legendary True Dragon Immortal Medicine, driving them into a frenzy!
That was a treasure said to have been transformed from a fallen True Dragon, capable of allowing even a Supreme Great Emperor whose lifespan had run dry to live another life. Aside from the most powerful Imperial figures, no one had ever been known to possess an Immortal Medicine.
The group paid no heed to anything else and hurriedly gave chase, hoping to obtain the True Dragon Immortal Medicine.
Yet the plant was far too fast. In the end, despite their efforts to surround it, it still managed to escape.
With no other choice, Ye Fan and the others pursued it relentlessly. At last, it fled into a pitch-black abyss.
The group had originally intended to give up and turn back. Unexpectedly, Duan De discovered that several coffins were floating within that dark abyss.
As an expert at digging up graves and robbing tombs, Duan De naturally refused to let such an opportunity slip away. After discussing the matter, they decided to take a chance.
What they had not anticipated was that the coffins were floating amid chaotic energy, radiating an inexhaustible force of devouring!
Fortunately, Shi Yi possessed Dual Pupils and guided them toward the weakest points of the devouring force, allowing them to approach the coffins.
After studying them, Duan De—the “professional”—concluded that the coffins most likely contained one of the lives once shed by the Ruthless Great Emperor. As for which life it was, even Duan De could not determine.
When the Black Emperor heard that the place contained a burial of the Ruthless Great Emperor, it had been unwilling to approach any closer, no matter what.
But when it saw Ye Fan draw a picture from one of the coffins, the True Dragon Immortal Medicine that had escaped earlier seemed to flash past within the coffin.
Greed immediately overwhelmed the Black Emperor. Ignoring Duan De and Ye Fan’s attempts to stop it, it thrust a paw into the coffin!
At that very moment, boundless chaotic energy erupted from within the coffin and shot toward Ye Fan and the others. The coffin then slowly descended toward the bottom of the abyss until it vanished from sight.
The chaotic energy sent the group flying several hundred meters!
Had Duan De not promptly brought out an Immortal Artifact in the form of a bottle, they might not have died, but they certainly would have been severely injured.

Fearing that they might awaken the primordial races within the Myriad Dragon’s Nest, the group no longer cared about anything else and fled outward at their fastest speed.
They clearly understood that, even with Immortal Artifacts as trump cards, their current cultivation did not qualify them to run rampant within the Myriad Dragon’s Nest.
Only after escaping dozens of miles did they dare to stop.
“By the way, Ye Fan, what exactly did you obtain earlier?” Shi Yi suddenly asked curiously from nearby.
Ever since he had begun traveling with Ye Fan and the others, Shi Yi—who had originally spoken very little—had gradually changed quite a bit.
It was simply unclear whether he would eventually become as shameless and treacherous as Ye Fan and the others.
“Exactly! Exactly! Hurry up and take it out so we can have a look!” Duan De and the Black Emperor immediately perked up at those words and crowded over to urge him.
Left with no choice, Ye Fan was just about to take out the object when his expression suddenly changed dramatically.
“Not good! We’ve alarmed the primordial races!”
From the Myriad Dragon’s Nest they had just escaped came an incomparably powerful pressure belonging to a Saint. In an instant, it sealed off the entire region within a hundred miles of the nest!
A savage aura radiated from that pressure. From somewhere in the distance, faint roars echoed out from within the Myriad Dragon’s Nest.
Seeing this, Ye Fan gave a bitter smile.
“The primordial races are awake! Everyone, prepare to fight for our lives!”
He knew that the area had already been sealed by a Saint-level expert of the primordial races. There was no longer any chance for them to escape.
A murderous glint flashed through Duan De’s eyes as he sneered.
“If they want to keep us here, they’ll have to see how many lives they’re willing to spend!”
As he spoke, he gripped the bottle in his hand tightly.
The Black Emperor no longer bothered to conceal its strength. It directly brought out the Immortal Artifact collar it had hidden away. Endless killing intent gleamed in its canine eyes as it laughed wildly.
“Your Grandpa Black has met Ancient Emperors and bitten Great Emperors. Do you really think I’m afraid of a mere Myriad Dragon’s Nest?”
Ye Fan and Shi Yi remained silent. Their techniques circulated through their bodies, and their physical vitality surged like a dragon as they prepared for a bloody battle at any moment.
“Hmph! So you are the young whelps who trespassed into my Myriad Dragon’s Nest. Today, I shall skin you alive and tear your bones apart, making you my first meal of blood after emerging into the world!”
As soon as the voice fell, a towering figure carrying boundless Saintly pressure appeared before them.
The Saint of the primordial races had only just emerged, yet his gaze toward them already revealed an endless, savage cruelty.
