Liu Feng carefully sensed the changes in his body. He realized that his true energy now possessed the attacking force of sixty cauldrons, while his pure physical strength had astonishingly reached one hundred cauldrons. He felt as though he could shatter the stars with his fists.

Suddenly, his heart stirred. Crouching down, he saw that all the purple liquid in the small pool had been unconsciously absorbed and refined by him.

"Hmm!" Liu Feng discovered a bead the size of a walnut at the bottom of the pool, emitting a faint purple glow. He quickly reached out his right hand and picked up the purple bead.

Just as he was about to examine it in his hand, a suction force emanated from the beast hide. With a slight movement, the purple bead vanished from Liu Feng's palm.

He then saw the silvery-white beast hide fly out on its own, hovering in the air. It radiated a hazy gray light as it absorbed and refined the bead.

In no time, the purple bead disappeared into the beast hide, which then landed back in Liu Feng's hand.

Holding the beast hide, Liu Feng sensed it felt somewhat different. He immediately sent his spiritual sense sweeping over it.

"Boom!" Liu Feng felt as if his spiritual sense had entered a special space, filled everywhere with a hazy gray mist identical to the glow on the beast hide.

"Could this be an internal space within the beast hide?" With this thought, Liu Feng continued to explore with his spiritual sense and found the space about ten meters high and a hundred meters in diameter. Aside from the gray mist, there was nothing else inside.

His spiritual sense flew outward, and in an instant, it left the hazy space and returned outside the beast hide. This confirmed his suspicion.

"From now on, any rare treasures I find can be stored inside the beast hide's space." Thinking this, he took out the broken sword. With his spiritual sense controlling the beast hide's space, a suction force appeared, and the broken sword was now inside the gray misty space. Then, with another thought, he retrieved the broken sword from the space.

Liu Feng looked at the beast hide with satisfaction and put it away. Only then did he notice the bloodstains on his clothes, clearly the result of practicing the Immaculate Golden Body, which expelled filthy blood and impurities from his body.

He quickly took out a clean set of clothes from his storage pouch and changed. Only then did he feel completely refreshed.

Liu Feng observed the area for a while longer. Finding nothing else of interest, he left and soon exited the small valley.

Outside the valley, the purple mist had become much thinner, which puzzled him greatly. "Could it have something to do with the purple liquid and the bead? Never mind, I’d better go find Zhang Luoxue and Zeng Lu." With that, he stopped pondering and set off in one direction.

After walking for about five or six miles, Liu Feng suddenly heard the sounds of battle ahead. He quickly dashed toward the source.

In moments, Liu Feng arrived at a wide, open area. Within a radius of a kilometer, not a single plant could be seen, only scattered rocks. At this moment, more than a dozen people were fiercely fighting there.

Liu Feng looked closely and was shocked. He spotted Zhao Guang, Zeng Lu, Zhao Yang, and Zhang Luoxue locked in combat with Zhang Ming and several others.

Now, except for Zhang Luoxue, Zhao Guang and the others were covered in blood, looking utterly miserable.

Upon seeing this, Liu Feng's eyes blazed with fury. With a powerful kick, he shot forward at great speed.

Just then, Zhang Ming struck out with both fists, a fierce force about to land on Zhao Guang's head.

"Courting death!" Liu Feng bellowed. Activating the Immaculate Golden Body at full strength, he struck at Zhang Ming with a palm.

Instantly, a massive golden palm of light surged forward like a divine mountain, smashing into Zhang Ming's fists with tremendous force.

Bang!

With a thunderous crash, Zhang Ming was hurled away by the great palm of light, vomiting blood three times in midair before crashing to the ground.

Liu Feng did not pause. He immediately threw two punches at the opponents of Zeng Lu and Zhao Yang.

The wild force of his fists swept through like tidal waves. Huge golden fist shadows tore through the air, exploding with deafening sound as they collided with the two men’s hands. Both were sent flying, coughing blood.

"Brother Zeng, Brother Zhao, are you all right?" Flinging aside their opponents, Liu Feng rushed to their side.

"What? Brother Liu Feng, when did you become so strong?" When they saw it was Liu Feng who had defeated Zhang Ming, Zeng Lu and the others stared in astonishment, their mouths agape. They couldn't fathom how, just a few hours ago, Liu Feng had seemed so ordinary, yet now he was overwhelmingly powerful.

Liu Feng smiled slightly. "I'm just glad you're all safe. We can talk about the rest later."

At that moment, Zhang Luoxue let out a crisp shout. Her twin palms shone with dazzling blue light, forcing her opponent to vomit blood and retreat. Without even glancing at him, she turned and joined Liu Feng and the others.

"Brother Zeng, Miss Luoxue, how did you end up in a clash with Zhang Ming and his people?" Liu Feng asked, puzzled.

Zeng Lu replied, "It's a strange thing. We were all separated at first, but then some bizarre demon beasts drove us here, which is how we ended up fighting Zhang Ming and his group."

"What kind of demon beasts?" Liu Feng asked with curiosity.

Zhang Luoxue interjected, "A sheep, a dog, and a chicken. But they were massive, with bodies as tough as steel."

Liu Feng was dumbfounded. He instantly thought of the strange black ox and guessed they must be part of the same group.

"Can you believe it? Disciples of prestigious sects like us were actually herded here by chickens and dogs and other such oddities," a voice complained as more than a dozen people approached from afar, their faces filled with indignation.

Liu Feng and the others looked over in surprise and recognized several familiar faces among them—Huang Lingshan, Wang Lianshan, Su Fei, and Kuang Boyuan.

They chatted as they walked, and in moments, they reached Liu Feng and his companions.

"Brother Zhao Yang, you’re here too? Were you also forced here by those strange demon beasts?" Huang Lingshan fired off his questions as soon as he reached them.

Zhao Yang looked slightly embarrassed. "That's right. I have no idea what those demon beasts are up to."

"When I’m strong enough, I swear I’ll come back for a hotpot made from that black dog," grumbled a young man of medium build and ordinary looks.

"Sun Kai, there you go again with your big talk. Last time you said you’d trounce the senior brother in a duel, but you chickened out first. Now your boasting knows no bounds," teased the person beside him.

Sun Kai remained unfazed. "A man must have goals, otherwise what’s the difference between him and a salted fish or a rotten shrimp?" With these words, he gazed skyward at a forty-five-degree angle, pretending to be deep in thought.

Just then, in the distance, a thunderous rumble arose as several colossal beasts strode toward them.
